My eye doctor recommended this

I like these soft gels because they are fairly small compared to others I have tried, they don't have that fishy taste when you take them and they are easy to go down. I find that if I take mine at bedtime they don't have any type of problems with them at all.

Easy to swallow. Even my 3 year old has been taking them since she is 2. It has no taste and no burping. So far it has been about 4-5 years since my oldest started taking this brand and pills and both of my children are very smart. I would say it works.
